Information submitted through our booking form is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for your session, deliver your gallery, and communicate with you about your booking. We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing without your separate, written consent.
Photos of minors
Family sessions may include images of children. By booking a session that includes a minor, the submitting parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to make decisions about that minor's images, including gallery privacy settings and any use in portfolio or marketing materials.
Galleries & image use
Galleries flagged as private are delivered via password-protected links visible only to you. We do not sell client information or images to third parties. Images may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes only with your written consent, collected separately at booking — you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
